Thank you for registering your child for youth camp! Please note that we must have a physical copy of the attached emergency contact form and a physical copy of a signed waiver before youth camp starts. They can be sent with your child on the first day, mailed to or dropped off at the church (400 Main Street in Norway), or filled out at the church on the first day of youth camp.
